Toughened Glass Bending Furnace |
The Glass Bending Furnace / Bend Glass Tempering Furnace are used for bending windscreens of passenger bus, car, and also truck windscreens. This types of furnace is best suitable for producing short series of different Bend Toughened Glass windscreen models, but even are recommended for producing of wide range of similar type windscreens.
It has electrical heating elements located upon the ceiling of furnace, both crosswise and lengthwise, which enables double curvatures. Entire elements can be turned on/off individually. The furnace is equipped with prompt temperature control panel for overheating.
After bending glass returns to loading place alongside lower conveyor and – whilst cooling – emit heat energy to preheating sections. This type of furnace is equipped with the ventilation valves.
Despite extremely short preheating time, this heating system is well-equipped with timer which aids immediate start of manufacturing process every morning without losing effective working time.
